Hourly rate to include housing?

My wife & I work as a team and each receive a monthly salary of $1,170 paid twice a month. In addition, we are furnished housing, which includes electricity, TV, etc. We also receive 3 weeks (15 days) vacation each year. I would guess the value of housing would be about $1,000 to $1,250 per month. We also get about 11 holidays. How do I figure my hourly rate.
