You can convert from lb/in to N/25.4mm by converting each unit separately:

https://www.convertunits.com/from/in/to/mm

1 inch = 25.4 millimeters

So all you need to do is convert lbf to N:

https://www.convertunits.com/from/lbf/to/N

1 lbf = 4.4482216 N

Now just divide the units to convert the ratios:

If you have 1 lbf/in, you multiply by 4.4482216 to get the conversion to N/25.4mm of width.
