You are converting kilowatts to kilovolt-amps.

To do this accurately, you really need to know the power factor. This is basically a measure of the efficiency of the electrical device.

If you want to guess an average power factor of 0.8, then you could use this number to convert:

135 kW / 0.8 = 168.75 kVa

Just remember that this depends on the exact power factor of the electricity through the system.
