It is common knowledge among neuroscientists that the brain's signal propogation happens about 55 mph. A recent philosopher claims that modern day computers process a million times faster than in terms of their signal propogation.
My question: How do you convert giga-hertz to miles per hour? I would like to check the authenticity of his claim.
