Since the main unit converter has to handle all types of units, it only calculates the output in the single unit of "stones", not "stones and lbs".
So for instance, 1.1 stones is 1 and 1/10 stones, not 1 stone, 1 lb.
The results are in decimal, so if you want stones and lbs, you have to convert the fractional part in a second step.
69.5 kg = 10.9443766 stones
.9443766 stones = 13.2212724 lbs
So that means:
69.5 kg = 10 stones, 13.2 lbs
Similarly:
70.5 kg = 11.101849631469 stones
.101849631469 stone = 1.425894840566 lbs
So that means:
70.5 kg = 11 stones, 1.4 lbs
