Without knowing the width the pressure acts, you cannot immediately convert kN/m² (pressure) to kN/m (load per meter).
The relationship is:
kN/m = kN/m²×width (m)
Therefore, 0.15 kN/m² is 0.15 kN/m if the pressure acts over a distance of 1 m.
It becomes 0.30 kN/m if it acts over 2 m, and so forth.
