Hello. I am a senior in high school and I am creating a capstone project. I am measuring the effect of varying levels of estradiol on the recovery rate of split planaria. However, the estradiol I have only comes in 1 gram tablets, and the pipets I have are measured in micro liters. I need at least 20 picograms to run my experiment, but I do not know how to do the conversion, or even get the concentration I need. Any advice is greatly appreciated!!
