kcl is potassium chloride. 1.0 kcal is 1000 calories (with an undercase 'c') = 1.0 Calorie (with uppercase 'C') = 1.0 kcal.
I don't know what MoP is, but kcal/mol is a commonly used unit. kcal/mol is a unit of molar energy.
kcal/mol * gm/mol = kcal/gm. So you need to determine 60% solution of 'what', and the other reagent in the reaction.
