mJ/cm2 to J/m2

Hi,

I want to convert 1,5mJ/cm2 to J/m2, and the result I had calculating this it was 0.15J/m2, I have might be done something wrong, since the reader meter device is given me values around 150. However I am still not sure what is wrong, my calculation or the device! Any help??
