Nanometers is a measurement of length. Milliliters is a measurement of volume. They are not equatable.
MilliMETERS is length, if that's what you meant.
Nano = 0.000000001 so your given = ? (I'm not doing your homework for you.)
Milli = 0.001, so figure your given, then divide by 0.001.
Cubic nanometers would be a volume measurement, but if it doesn't SAY that, you shouldn't assume it.
