convert of % w/v and % w/w to ppm

Anyone please let me know convert method for a caustic bleed solution. Paramters are given in % as per blow:
1. concentration- %w/v- 10
2. Na2SO3- % w/w- 8.9
3. NaOH % w/w- 0.2
4. H2O - % w/w- 90
5. pH- 7-7.5
6. TDS- % w/v- 10
All the paramters are need in ppm values.
