The unit "inches of H2O" is used to measure a small pressure difference, or to measure the vacuum level when there's low vacuum or air pressure. You can find more information on these pages:

I don't know what "integral index-seconds" are, but it's probably not an SI unit. The SI unit for time is the "second".
The "percent slope" could be calculated from the angle of a sloped surface. Maybe someone else has more information for you.
