hello, I am trying to do a concrete estimation for a house foundation. I want to run my process by mathematicians to check and verify for my own peace of mind. first I calculated volume of the footings or (footers) for my Us friends. first I figured out the Perimeter center line --which was 148ft 4 inches, the width of the footing is 20" by "8 high. i converted the 148 to inches which i found to be 1,780" then i multiplied that by 20" by "8. it totaled 284.79 cu inch. I converted that total to determine yds by dividing it by 46,656 cu inches. that number came to 6.1 yds.I am not confident in math at all so if anyone out there can give me peace of mind i would appreciate it
