I have a stock solution of 1mg/ml of methotrexate (MTX) and I need lower concentrations (500ug/ml, 500ng/ml, 20ng/ml, 1ng/ml, 500pg/ml, 100pg/ml, 20pg/ml 1pg/ml etc using methanol as a diluent). Using a micropipette, how much of the stock solution and/or methanol should I take to get each of the lower concentrations? Thank you.
