If it's exactly the 3 elements Na, Cl, and O, then the molecular weight has to equal 74.44 by simply adding the atomic mass:

If you are looking at Sodium hypochlorite, there can be variations in the formulation if it's a commercial product or a special solution which has other elements added to the compound.
