Use the "days from date" calculator:

Enter 221 days from Jan 1, 2014:

https://www.convertunits.com/dates/221/daysfrom/Jan+1,+2014

Note this is counting 221 days AFTER January 1, so actually if you want the 221st day (where Jan 1st is day 1 instead of day 0), you probably want this:

https://www.convertunits.com/dates/221/daysfrom/Dec+31,+2013

Then the 221st day of 2014 is August 9, 2014.
