ml (millilitre) is the unit for measurement of volume.
g (gramme) is the unit (not gm) for measurement of mass.
They can not be compared or converted between each other.
However, for most liquid substances 60 g (about 2 avoirdupois ounces) will be more than 30 ml (= about 1 apothecary / fluid ounce).
If density of liquid is 2000 kg/m^3 the amounts will be equal. For any higher densities, 30 ml will be more than 60 g.
