This dynamic viscosity reading is expressed in the SI unit (millipascal second) and can be converted to any of several other units.

There are charts / formulae for this.

The conversion to cP (centipoise) will have the same numerical value, i.e. > 3.5 cP.

Conversion to P (poise) will change the numerical value to > 0.035 P.

The link https://www.convertunits.com/info/centipoise will help you get values in other units.

If you know the density of the liquid (at 60°C), you will be able to convert the reading to kinematic viscosity units St (stokes), cSt (centistokes), or any of the other units.
