I think it should be as follows
2(H20) > 2(H2) + 1(O2)
I am assuming by HHO they are assuming Hydrogen Gas / Oxygen mixture (highly combustable)
Prob. is as that as far as I am aware the energy required to produce Hydrogen and Oxygen from water is actually higher (without use of a catalyst) than that produced. (Catalyst lowers the energy requirements for it production, however have to replace it regularly)
