Depending mainly on the desired speed as power is a function of speed^3. Also important to know the vessels drag co-efficient which is a function of the block coefficient and also other items are to be taken nto account such as wether or no Ice class, shallow water or deep water etc. etc. etc.
First rude estimate would be around 4000kW,
but it can range between say 3000 and 5000 kW.
