If you are measuring a standard flow rate, you can use this page:

https://www.convertunits.com/from/10+cc/min/to/cfm

So 10 cubic centimeters per minute = 0.000353 cubic feet per minute.

For a specific gas or temperature, you would need to do more complex calculations.
