This is not a problem with conversion of units. However, the temperature will depend on the voltage, the material of conductor, the cross-sectional area of the conductor, the length of the conductor, the type of electrical and thermal insulation (if any) of the conductor, the ambient temperature, the period for which the current is flowing through the conductor, and the extent of ventilation or any cooling system available!
