You have to know the density of the chemical to calculate the exact weight in grams. You can look on the label to see if there's anything printed that can help you convert.
Water typically has a density of about 1 gram/milliliter so an approximation would be that 60 ml of water = 60 grams, but again you have to know the actual chemical to get the exact answer.
