It shows a calendar for each date, so it looks like 6/7/10 was a Monday, and 11/1/13 is a Friday. So if you include both of those days, there are a total of 1,244 days including the weekend days.
That page calculates the equivalent of 177 weeks and 4 days. So that means you have 177 full weeks of work, plus the last week which is Monday to Friday (4 days between them, 5 days if you count both Monday and Friday).
Since you're ignoring weekends, it's basically equal to 178 weeks of work Monday-Friday.
So now assuming you work 35 hours each week, and you worked for 178 weeks straight, you can just multiply those two numbers:
35 x 178 = 6,230 total hours
