I Need a list of all the Wednesdays for 2008 to now

I Need a list of all the Wednesdays for 2008 to now   (08/10/2013, 9:00 PM)

Yes, I could get the back calendars out and write them all down but it would be pretty time consuming. It would be neat if there would be a way I could produce a list on my computer and print it out. Does anyone have any ideas?
