Take the total bill and divide it by the number of hours you are billing.

For example, if you are charging a total of $1,000 for your services and you worked 20 hours, then your bill rate is 1000/20 = $50 per hour.

If you are a freelancer, you should figure out your bill rate and make sure it's high enough to cover all your business expenses like office cost, travel, computer software, and legal expenses.

Also take into account how many days you'll work, including any time off for vacation.
