A newton is kg-m/s2. So this won't be a direct conversion; you're introducing a time component (seconds) to your unit. You'll have to multiply by other units to get where you want, but anything can be manipulated:
kg/cm2 * 100cm2/1m2 = 10,000kg/m2
Then multiply by Surface Area:
10,000kg/m2 * m2/1 = 10,000kg
Then multiply by acceleration:
10,000kg * m/s2 = 10,000kg-m/s2
This probably isn't a valid conversion for what you're trying to do, so I would double check that this makes sense. If surface area and acceleration are not two conversions that appear in your probably, then this won't be valid.
What are you trying to calculate?
