I have a friend that lives in china and we are trying ti figure her clothes size and she sent me this mesurement her shoulders are 37 cm her waist is 70 cm and her pants 84 cm and that may be the length. I dont know can you help me figure this out for american sizes so I can send her some clothes thanks
