Hi,
Could anybody help me? I'm carrying out at ELISA assay and my protease inhibitor cocktail (sigma cat no. P2714)contains apoprotin at a concentration of 0.3 uM. The assay I'm using specifies that I need to add 0.13 units of apoprotin per sample (plasma sample volume of 60uL). I don't know the conversion of uMoles to units. Could anybody help? I just need to know how much protease cocktail to add.
Thanks
