The concept of percentage and degrees DOES NOT mean the percent of 360 deg. Nobody is interested in that formula! The correct conversion is found using trigonometry. A triangle with base b, and height h has a percentage = 100*h/b and a degree of artcan(b/h). The conversion follows from there. Please fix or delete this page.
