so when i took the hvac class 20 years ago they never talked about using microns for the vacuum. the instructor talked about 29" of vacuum and to try to get as close to that as possible. now i hear about microns and i have yet to see a vacuum gage that has that unless you get an expensive digital gage.
so i check it out here and -20 psi or neg 20 or 20" vacuum that i understand to be all the same number shows a micron that is way lower than the youtube instructions they say 500 microns to 1000 microns and in this sites conversion i get -100000000 number is i enter -20
so if i was to do a 1000 micron number what is the in a vacuum? thanks
