You need more information to do this conversion. It may be related to pressure units.

For example, if we assume that you started with 0.90902 cm of H2O and you want to convert to mm of Hg, then you can use this page:

http://www.convertunits.com/from/0.90902+cmH2O/to/mmHg

0.90902 cm of H2O = 0.66864 mm of Hg

If you're using other units, like cm of Hg or something else, you'll need to find more specific information on the exact unit names.
